Refund policy

We are confident you will love your new beautiful piece! If for any reason your purchase arrives damaged, or an exchange is required, please email contact@sparkleforthesoul.com.

Exchanges: Orders may be exchanged within seven (7) days of the original order’s arrival. More specifically, we require that your return package be postmarked no more than 7 days from the date that your order tracking indicates that the product was delivered. If your returned items are shipped back to Sparkle For the Soul beyond the qualifying return window, Sparkle For the Soul reserve the right to reject the package for exchange.

Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must remain, intact and undisturbed, or any other form of usage indicator that were in place on the merchandise when it was shipped. In order to exchange, merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging, include all original packaging and documentation, and be packed and shipped in such a way as to adequately protect the delicate and fragile contents inside. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use or abuse. Goods that are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

Purchases via Sparkle For the Soul are for exchange or store credit ONLY. No refunds will be given.
